Our Mission
The Land Garcia Foundation invests in youth by providing leadership training, coaching, and support to help them succeed in college, their careers and beyond. In partnership with established youth programs and academies in California, we support each young person’s vision for their future, help them discover their authentic voice and style, and show them how to effectively use these skills to advance in life.

Our Services
We partner with established youth programs and academies to develop the leadership and communications skills of every young person in their program and mentors who serve them.
We offer:
Leadership Training
We tailor proven leadership development models so they resonate with youth, then experienced corporate trainers lead sessions and activities designed to uncover the unique style and potential in every participant.
Mentor Development
We provide our partner’s staff and mentors access to top leadership and coaching models so they can better serve the youth in their program while strengthening their leadership and communications skills.
College Scholarships
Graduates of the Land Garcia Foundation’s program are eligible to apply for a college scholarship to support their pursuit of a degree at a junior college or four-year university.
Professional Awards
Our leadership program graduates who choose to enter the workforce will be eligible to apply for a Professional Award that consists of a certified coach and other support to enter and advance in their chosen field.
